A key position for an enthusiastic self-starter with 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales or account management is available.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to external and internal enquiries ensuring every contact feels valued.
- Resolve client and candidate queries supporting customers through the background checking process.
- Exercise judgement and reasoning abilities to solve problems and take ownership of correspondence escalating when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries explaining and assisting with the background checking process and results to clients or candidates.
- Possess a passion to provide superior customer service.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Show computer literacy to navigate various software platforms.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit motivation and enthusiasm to learn new things.
- Be able to work autonomously and as a contributing team member.
