About the Role

The Finance Business Partner provides real-time support and detailed financial analysis, being a trusted advisor and adding value to assist in operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance with the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports, forecasting, budgeting, and detailed cost analysis for programs
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality, timely monthly management reports for programs
  • Preparing annual operating cost budgets for programs
  • Preparation of financial analysis and financial models for tenders and funding submissions
  • Provision of financial advice and support to managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or an equivalent related discipline
  • Experience in a management accounting/business partnering role, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
  • Solid understanding of commercial business practices and principles, including influencing commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven workplace and effectively manage challenges and changing priorities
