Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer Manager to lead our team in Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products. They will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage project resources effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to senior management.
