Essential Criteria:- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)

- Ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Confidence in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
- Current Driver's License
