Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engaging and working alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • BROKERING work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • FACILITATING employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • BUILDING employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • PROMOTING the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Championing the organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

You're confident in supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
