Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HSEQ Operations Specialist to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management Systems across operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, coordination, and support on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality topics
  • Drive improvements in our Integrated Management Systems and lead HSEQ projects on-site
  • Facilitate incident reporting, investigation, and resolution, while monitoring trends in HSEQ data and driving corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate safety, environment, and quality documentation and registers
  • Support QA/QC improvements and audit follow-ups, coaching teams on process improvements and system compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Cert IV WHS (or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety)
  • In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Return to Work Coordination and incident investigation experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Australia
