About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients from the Health industry.

You will work closely with a dedicated analyst to develop tailored solutions for our clients, promoting and selling our commercial product offering to meet their financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Originating and managing a portfolio of clients from the Health industry
  • Developing and implementing tailored solutions to meet client financial objectives
  • Consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives
  • Partnering with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
  • Managing relationships with clients to maximise client satisfaction and retention
About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Executive who has a strong background in commercial lending and experience working with clients in the healthcare industry. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in commercial lending
  • Experience working with clients in the healthcare industry
  • Strong business development skills and a passion for growing business
  • Ability to meet business development targets
