Smith & Co Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing positive collections outcomes for our clients and customers.
The Role:- Manage individual client accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Work closely with customers to drive sales, manage client accounts, and build relationships.
- Focus on customer onboarding, satisfaction, and retention to ensure clients achieve value from our product or service.
- Lead a team of support staff to resolve technical or service-related issues while maintaining positive client interactions.
- Work with current and potential clients to grow business relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Build and establish relationships with customers.
- Experience in receivables management or debt collection.
- Customer-oriented and committed to delivering an exceptional experience.
- Confident and innovative, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- High level of problem-solving, negotiation skills, and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking with risk awareness.
