We are seeking a dedicated Quality Associate to help us uphold our commitment to deliver excellence in healthcare products.
About the PositionThe Quality Associate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards by working closely with suppliers and external manufacturers to guarantee compliance and project milestones.
Main Responsibilities- Align project activities with high standards for healthcare products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Draft technical documentation for product innovations and ongoing project support.
- Manage assigned activities, achieving project milestones with precision and timely execution.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external manufacturers to ensure compliance and project milestones.
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related science field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience within a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills and ability to resolve problems creatively.
- Motivated individual able to work independently in a focused and pressured environment.
- Able to influence, work within a team, and demonstrate relentless commitment.
- Results-driven with willingness to take calculated risks and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
