About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our residential team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in maintenance duties and ensure the property is well-maintained.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident.
  • Complete tasks on time and within allocated hours set by management.
  • Clean using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training.
  • Maintain a productive and professional relationship with staff members and clients.
  • May be required to inspect the quality of cleaning in other rooms.
  • Attend after-hours call-outs due to emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Good physical fitness for hands-on tasks.
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Motivated, reliable, able to take direction & committed to continuous improvement.
