About the Role

This position is a key leadership role within our organisation, providing guidance and support to a team of professionals working in mental health service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead practice development, mentoring sessions, and facilitate integration and coordination of care for clients.
  • Manage a team of Residential Support Workers, including disciplinary measures, recruitment, and training.
  • Provide high-level service input and advice to ensure high standards of client care.
Requirements:
  • Ideal qualifications: degree or Diploma/Certificate in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience leading a team or as a Senior Support Worker with mentoring and coaching experience.
  • Experience working within residential recovery models, mental illness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commitment to professional development and willingness to participate in training.
