Residential Aged Care Cleaning Opportunity

We are seeking a kind-hearted and compassionate individual to provide high quality cleaning services for our residents within our residential aged care home.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, while also supporting their peers and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and common areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for providing excellent care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • Reliability and a willingness to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
