Job Overview

Your Role

We're looking for someone who is technically excellent, motivated, and has strong cultural fit into our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with existing and new clients across diverse sectors.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Manage the successful delivery of projects within the waste sector and where needed, other disciplines.
  • Champion the preparation of tenders and proposals.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience, preferably with landfill design experience.
  • Strong cultural fit into our team.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and involved in dealing with organisational problems and opportunities.

This role is based in Melbourne, offering you the chance to live and work in one of Australia's most vibrant cities.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
