">About the Role
The Director of Financial Operations will oversee the strategic direction and daily management of financial, operational, and supply chain activities across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in financial management, and experience in implementing ERP systems.
Main Responsibilities:
">Financial Management: Direct and control all financial and accounting practices, manage accounts, and provide financial guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, oversee monthly management accounts, and analyse financial data to inform business decisions.
Taxation and Compliance: Manage company tax matters, lodge required filings, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Operations and Supply Chain: Oversee logistics, manage warehouse operations, and implement processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
ERP and Systems Management: Oversee ERP system operations, enhancements, and implementation to improve business performance.
Payroll and Administration: Manage monthly payroll operations and ensure accurate processing and payment of employee salaries and benefits.
Legal, Governance, and Risk Management: Manage corporate secretarial responsibilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require a Master's degree in accounting or finance, 15+ years' experience in senior finance and operations leadership roles, and a proven track record in supply chain optimisation and ERP system implementation.
