Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience, including team management. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and alignment with corporate policies.

This role requires close collaboration with our Finance Director to refine financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and uphold compliance. The successful candidate will contribute to financial strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support robust financial governance.

We are seeking an accomplished professional who can analyze and project financial data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for operational and executive decision-making. A background in the FMCG sector and/or multinational environments is highly regarded. Experience with NetSuite ERP and financial consolidation is a definite plus.
