Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service superstar to join our Brisbane branch based in Pinkenba.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, this full-time position requires you to have a proven background in customer service and sales administration. You will be responsible for providing premium service levels to our valued customers

Hours - Sunday - Thursday 10am-6pm

The role will require the following:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing for Cruise Ship accounts, including accurate entry of purchase orders and reviewing stock availability and substitutions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including participation in planning and coordination meetings
  • Prepare and finalise all relevant shipping and customs documentation, including Border Force requirements
  • Issue timely and accurate invoices in line with cruise schedules and delivery deadlines
  • Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests with a strong focus on resolution and service recovery
  • Remain calm and efficient under pressure, particularly during peak service windows and high-volume periods
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, delivery timeframes, and operational requirements unique to the cruise industry

All about you:

  • Prior experience working as a Customer Service Specialist / Admin in a busy customer service environment preferably food service or FMCG industry.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great phone manners.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
