Senior Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our oncourse wagering channel nationwide.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive business performance by implementing strategy and overseeing end-to-end operations.

You will lead a team of dedicated managers, driving commercial growth, national rostering, budgets, administration, and project delivery. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain the highest standards of safety and integrity, and foster strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.

This role requires an individual with extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management, strong commercial acumen, expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams, and proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Business, Event Management, or related field, and have experience in regulated industries with a focus on compliance, risk, and safety.
