A high-impact leader is sought to drive the oncourse wagering channel nationwide. The role involves shaping the customer experience, strengthening industry relationships, and driving commercial results.
The National Oncourse Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising turnover, revenue, and profitability by implementing business strategy and overseeing end-to-end operations. This includes budget management, national rostering, administration, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and safety.
This role requires partnership with race clubs and industry stakeholders to ensure a consistent, engaging oncourse wagering experience. You'll work with State Managers to drive alignment in service delivery, process consistency, and performance across all states and territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire: Lead a team of dedicated and experienced managers.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Maximise turnover, revenue, and profitability.
- National Rostering and Administration: Oversee national rostering, budgets, administration, and project delivery.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity.
- Foster Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver a consistent, engaging oncourse customer experience.
- Champion Excellence: Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the network.
