National Oncourse Operations Manager Role

We seek a high-impact leader to drive nationwide oncourse wagering channel results. The role involves shaping customer experiences, strengthening industry relationships, and driving commercial outcomes through strategic implementation and end-to-end operations oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise turnover, revenue, and profitability by implementing strategies and overseeing end-to-end operations.
  • Partner with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver consistent, engaging oncourse wagering experiences.
  • Drive alignment in service delivery, process consistency, and performance across states and territories.
  • Lead dedicated managers, oversee national rostering, budgets, administration, and project delivery while ensuring compliance and safety.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to deliver on financial targets.
  • Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated industries with a focus on compliance, risk, and safety.
