Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Risk Management Leader to lead our critical divisions and ensure robust and effective risk management practices. You will play a fundamental role in building a stronger, more resilient organisation by driving a proactive risk culture and enhancing the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

About You

You will be responsible for building and leading a team of experienced operational risk and compliance professionals who partner closely with the greater business. To thrive in this role, you'll have substantial senior leadership experience in complex organisations, ideally within financial services or a related industry.

  • Developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong organisational and project management skills will also be important.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or CPA.

Strong risk management knowledge and leadership experience will be highly regarded.
