About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled High Performance Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance Linux server systems and cloud-managed services and applications
  • Provide expert-level technical support and assistance for debugging and troubleshooting Linux server systems and/or cloud systems
  • Solve complex issues and eliminate causes of malfunctions in collaboration with software suppliers
  • Analyze monitoring events, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize operations
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation from scratch
  • Collaborate with customers, participate in meetings, and ensure effective communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience as a system engineer in a Linux-centric environment
  • Excellent knowledge of current open-source technologies, Cloud and DevOps customer journeys, and/or enterprise IT requirements
  • A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (e.g., compilers, linkers, and interpreters; lower 4 OSI layers / TCP/IP stack)
  • The ability to write code with basic error handling routines
  • The ability to fix existing automations and implement new ones
