Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional customer service team leader to join our dynamic team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer service for our ecommerce brand
  • Responsible for customer happiness & satisfaction
  • Colour matching, product recommendations, order changes and general customer service situations virtually
  • Respond to customers in a timely and resolution focused manner
  • Competent with working across multiple platforms such as online live chat & social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and supportive negotiation skills
  • Administration Support when necessary
  • Warehouse Support when necessary
  • Train new staff members
  • Weekly audits of your Teams work and able to provide constructive feedback to ensure they are providing the best service possible to our customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Positive, Bubbly, Ambitious with great energy to be around
  • Passion for helping people
  • Strong customer care experience
  • Leadership role preferred
  • Professional Make-up experience a bonus
  • Beauty Industry Experience a bonus
  • Social media platforms experience
  • Think outside the box
  • Work well on a fast pace schedule and able to handle and complete multiple tasks under pressure
  • Driver's Licence
