We are seeking an exceptional customer service team leader to join our dynamic team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:- Lead customer service for our ecommerce brand
- Responsible for customer happiness & satisfaction
- Colour matching, product recommendations, order changes and general customer service situations virtually
- Respond to customers in a timely and resolution focused manner
- Competent with working across multiple platforms such as online live chat & social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and supportive negotiation skills
- Administration Support when necessary
- Warehouse Support when necessary
- Train new staff members
- Weekly audits of your Teams work and able to provide constructive feedback to ensure they are providing the best service possible to our customers
- Positive, Bubbly, Ambitious with great energy to be around
- Passion for helping people
- Strong customer care experience
- Leadership role preferred
- Professional Make-up experience a bonus
- Beauty Industry Experience a bonus
- Social media platforms experience
- Think outside the box
- Work well on a fast pace schedule and able to handle and complete multiple tasks under pressure
- Driver's Licence
