The role of a Maintenance Scheduler is to ensure smooth communication between maintenance teams and operational staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish maintenance schedules in alignment with operational requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with relevant teams
  • Maintain the CMMS to keep all sites up-to-date with the latest asset information and policies
  • Procure spare parts, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Monitor and review maintenance tasks against agreed timelines
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers
Essential Skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Effective time management abilities and capacity to prioritise tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software
  • Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance principles
