Global Repair Service Leader

Overview: We seek a skilled professional to drive the repair business across our global network of service centres for designated product lines. As part of this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing a global strategy to scale the repair business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global growth strategy to scale the repair business.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies with local and regional teams.
  • Lead operational transformation towards more predictive and partnership-based service offerings.
Role Purpose:

As Global Repair Service Leader, you will be responsible for driving the repair business across our global network of service centres for assigned product lines. This includes full ownership of repair operations globally, execution of growth strategies, and ensuring standardization, pricing integrity, and alignment with our go-to-market approach.
