Job Title: Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Planner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning maintenance activities, coordinating work orders, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. They will also possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Monitor and action Group Asset Email Inbox notifications.
  • Manage work orders and associated documentation for assets.
  • Load and maintain new assets in the CMMS system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hold a mechanical trade with mobile plant experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a planning role.
  • Solid understanding of equipment and maintenance safety systems, processes, and procedures within transport and mobile plant mining environments.
  • Experience working with a CMMS system, preferably Pronto.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Trade qualification in mobile maintenance road transport or heavy plant.
  • Good communication skills to handle multiple remote sites.
  • Understanding of road transport and mining regulations.
