Leadership Role in Mobile Equipment Maintenance

This is a leadership position responsible for the planning and execution of mobile equipment maintenance across various sites. As a key member of our team, you will provide safety and technical guidance to trade and non-trade personnel.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing contractors. In-depth knowledge of large-scale earthmoving equipment maintenance is also essential. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of work management principles and be able to allocate and coordinate planned maintenance activities effectively.

Prioritising and managing breakdowns with the production team is another critical aspect of this role. You will drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings and production efficiency.
