About the Role:
As a senior project officer, you will support the manager wellness and spiritual care in delivering strategic projects and professional development programs tailored to the CALHN spiritual care services team. Your expertise will foster a compassionate and skilled spiritual care workforce, ensuring those who provide this vital service are well-equipped to meet diverse community needs.
This dynamic role involves developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of evidence-based spiritual care practices and leading initiatives that demonstrate real benefits within the healthcare setting. You will translate data and research into innovative solutions, shaping and enhancing the spiritual wellbeing of CALHN's community and making a meaningful difference in holistic care offered.
About You:
You are a motivated and experienced professional passionate about enhancing spiritual care through effective project management and collaboration. Strong communication skills enable you to lead complex initiatives improving service outcomes in diverse healthcare settings.
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in public health, allied health, and/or spiritual care.
- Proven ability to manage and evaluate large projects independently while meeting deadlines and priorities.
- Skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships and providing timely, high-quality advice on complex issues.
- Experience in spiritual care practice, project coordination, data analysis, and understanding of governance and equity principles.
