We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic workforce planning and HR initiatives across a range of environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and shaping the strategic workforce planning function within a large complex frontline service agency.
Lead delivery of strategic workforce objectives and transformative HR initiatives across various work environments.
Provide valued advice to executive and senior management to guide workforce planning activities.
Key Outcomes:
Inform business planning, policy direction, risk management, and continuous improvement across our agency's workforce priorities.
Lead the implementation of key activities, reporting and evaluation of the QCS Strategic Workforce Plan.
Develop strong and collaborative partnerships through internal consultation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement for HR and workforce matters impacting our leaders.
Support implementation of contemporary workforce planning strategies across a variety of work environments that deliver real benefits and meet identified needs.
