Key Leadership Role

This role represents a strategic leadership position for workforce operations. The individual in this position will be responsible for driving operational excellence and managing a team of professionals.

  • The primary focus will be on delivering seamless workforce operations through effective team management.
  • Drive innovation and strategic insights to modernize program management.
  • Ensure flawless execution of staffing solutions, supplier management & compliance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workforce performance & planning.
  • Harness data & analytics to enhance reporting, billing, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years in MSP, Staffing, HR, or Procurement.
  • Strong leadership in managing service level agreements (SLAs) & key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Expertise in VMS (SAP Fieldglass preferred), workforce solutions, & vendor optimization.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge workforce strategies.
