Compliance Manager Position

Act as a key compliance professional to focus on regulatory frameworks including privacy, consumer credit and financial services regulations.

Provide commercial compliance advice to influence decision-making at all levels while ensuring high-quality work delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance Guidance: Respond to ad-hoc requests and support business projects with regulatory obligations in mind.
  • Review of Marketing Materials: Review promotional materials and customer communications for compliance.
  • Incident Management: Assess incidents for compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of reporting to senior management.
About You
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong Financial Services regulatory knowledge with understanding of relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Experience: 5 years' experience providing compliance advice on regulatory frameworks for financial services firms.
