About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer analytics and personalization efforts. As our Head of Customer Insights and Personalization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that leverages data to drive unparalleled customer engagement and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a data and personalization strategy that aligns with our company's long-term vision and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the development of reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead a team of data scientists in creating advanced algorithms and models to support personalized customer experiences at scale.
  • Implement state-of-the-art analytics and data science techniques to deliver personalized experiences across all customer touchpoints, enhancing engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our data assets.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, and product development teams to integrate data-driven strategies seamlessly across the company.
  • Analyse emerging data technologies and trends, advocating for the adoption of innovations that can provide a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • A master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects to successful commercial outcomes.
  • Deep technical expertise in data management, analytics platforms, and personalization technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and leading teams of data professionals.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
