Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business objectives.
  • Bring ServiceNow Platform and Enterprise Architecture best practices together.
  • Understand business objectives and create ServiceNow solutions to facilitate those objectives.
  • Design and support Platform Modernization initiatives for more efficiency within the organization.
  • Design ServiceNow solutions to meet specific Risk and Compliance Requirements.
  • Explore ServiceNow integrations and other tools/systems to maximize value creation.
  • Build and Deploy Data Models based on CSDM and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices/new developments in ServiceNow and publish points of view on unlocking ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with account teams, sales teams, ServiceNow consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Engage in Pre-Sales activities to build proofs of concept, demos, and solution designs.
