Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture best practices together.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with account teams, sales teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities to build proofs of concept, demos, and solution designs.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices and new developments, and share knowledge with the team.
