Your Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious PR Account Strategist who will play a crucial role on some of our most prestigious and highest-profile brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with a reputable public relations agency that sits at the intersection of digital, consumer/brand, and business/purpose PR, working across our network of offices in AU & NZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • You will work with some of the world's biggest brands in tech, travel, tourism, automotive, and more, leveraging our unrivaled portfolio in Australia representing gaming giant Ubisoft, GoPro, ASUS, LEGO, Cisco, and others.">
  • You will be part of a team of specialists executing creative and strategic communications and being involved in all aspects of execution and client servicing.">
  • You will have the platform to step into challenging new opportunities as they arise across the agencies, putting your hand up for passion projects and new business efforts.">
  • Ability to work from other AU & NZ offices temporarily or longer term.">

Team & Clients

In this role, you will work with and learn from some of the smartest PR & social consultants in the country while contributing to a number of clients who respect and value the work we do. You will love multitasking and be driven to successfully lead and manage the day-to-day running of accounts. You will be exceptional at proactive team communication, spontaneous with ideas, a solid writer, and invest time growing your local media network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency, media, or in-house communications role.">

  • You are positive, have an energetic approach to your work, and are a natural problem solver.">
  • You have engaged in some media relations work and understand the media landscape and social media landscape in AU.">

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as hybrid flexible working (Mondays and Fridays work-from-home), additional annual wellness leave day, work from any location rotations, Thursday team meet-ups, early Friday knock-off, various bonus options, and more.
