Job Title: Frontline Service Professional

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation as a Frontline Service Professional. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to staff, guests, and visitors.

The role involves working across two shifts, Monday to Friday, providing reception, customer service, and business support services to staff across the business. You will be responsible for managing a busy switchboard, triaging telephone calls, and ensuring all enquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for inbox management, generating correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing visitor and security access. Additionally, you will maintain reception processes and procedures, manage mail and courier deliveries, order stationery, and create purchase orders.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a front-line customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating rosters between 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
