Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Greet customers, present menus, and take orders in a professional and friendly manner
  3. Prepare tables for customers and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  4. Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation as needed
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Possess a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing role an asset
