Frontline Services Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our frontline team in delivering inclusive, trauma-informed support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver responsive, person-centred support
- Allocate workloads and manage service flow across intake, care coordination, and outreach
- Supervise and support staff through regular check-ins, coaching, and debriefing
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and visitor experience
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and psychologically healthy workplace culture
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve outcomes for our community
- Monitor incidents, manage risk, and maintain clear, up-to-date reporting and care plans
- Tertiary qualifications in social work or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience leading frontline service delivery in a complex environment
- Experience in care coordination, case management, and trauma-informed practice
- A commitment to social justice and inclusive service delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams and clients
- Experience supervising staff and promoting professional growth and wellbeing
