About the Role

The Iconic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Womenswear Team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing profit, and managing intake for our womenswear department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profit for the department
  • Collaborate with the Planning Manager and Buyers to maximize profit for the season
  • Monitor department performance and implement plans to address underperforming categories and brands
  • Propose marketing campaigns to the Planning Manager to ensure promotional activity delivers the best possible outcome

  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in commercial planning and analysis
