As Operations Manager, you will lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results for valued customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing operations teams to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure service level agreements (SLA) compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture within the organization.
  • Manage resources and logistics to optimize costs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for team development.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in operations management in 3PL logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office applications.
  • Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (desired).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities.
