Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager\

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our 3PL warehouse facility. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and transportation services.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.\
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.\
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and make data-driven decisions.\
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.\
  • Ensure a safe working environment by promoting adherence to company policies and procedures.\
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance.\
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.\\/ul\
