Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Operations Director to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This is a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. They will also be responsible for inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy through regular audits.

We require a strong leader who can coordinate domestic and international freight and courier logistics. They must work closely with sales and production teams to meet delivery deadlines.

The successful candidate will develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and safety. They will lead, train, and support warehouse staff and maintain equipment while ensuring compliance with WHS policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure stock accuracy
  • Coordinate domestic and international freight and courier logistics
  • Work closely with sales and production teams
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse staff
  • Maintain equipment and ensure WHS compliance
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in warehouse and logistics management. They should have excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is essential. A forklift licence would be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven environment and work under pressure.
