  • Lead and develop high-performing operations teams by fostering an inclusive environment guided by mutual respect, openness, honesty, trust, and cooperation.
  • Oversee warehouse operations ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance and customer excellence through data analysis and strategic implementation.
  • Drive performance improvements through data-driven decision-making and champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage resources and logistics to optimize costs and exceed expectations by providing training, coaching, and succession planning for team development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain with strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
  • Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred).
