Clinical Systems Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Trainer to join our team at Darumatic. As a Clinical Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for training and supporting clinical users of electronic medical records and other Clinical Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to clinical staff on the use of Clinical Information Systems.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clinical staff to ensure they are proficient in the use of Clinical Information Systems.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Application Support team to analyze and resolve issues related to Clinical Information Systems.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the management and resolution of Level 1 service desk incidents, requests, changes, and problems.
- Current Working with Children Check Clearance.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or qualifications in Pharmacy/Nursing/Health Sciences or equivalent.
- Ability to travel across South Western Sydney Local Health District and work outside normal business hours when required.
- Valid Australian Drivers License.
