We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to take on the role of Clinical Information Systems Change, Education & Support Officer. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our healthcare services.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the adoption and change management of clinical information systems (CIS). You will serve as the primary liaison among clinical personnel, Digital Health, Clinical Applications, and IT teams. Your expertise will be essential in fostering internal capabilities and enhancing user proficiency regarding CIS.

  • Demonstrated success in leading quality, performance, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Contributions to the successful implementation of innovative ideas or changes.
  • Relevant IT experience in Clinical Information Systems, including EMR and Electronic Medication Management Systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in change management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in clinical fields.
  • Experience in both public and private healthcare settings.
