The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Clinical Solutions Consultant to join our Veeva Vault Solutions Consulting team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding our customer's business needs and matching the Vault solution that best meets the customer's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with current and potential customers (CROs) in the APAC region to comprehensively understand their needs and utilization of our products.
- Engage with Prospects and Customers pre/post sale to understand customer needs.
- Provide compelling demonstrations of the Veeva Vault Clinical solutions.
- Refine demonstrations based on trends of the CRO industry.
- Pre-sales support; including solution presentations and demonstrations, written responses, and relationship building.
- Marketing & Community Event Support; including Veeva sponsored events and industry conferences.
- Bid Management and RFx Responses.
- Solution Workshops and POCs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of working experience in a CRO business and/or within a software company serving CROs with respect to clinical operations solutions.
- First-hand experience with ETMF & CTMS solutions (Veeva, Oracle, Wingspan).
- Located in Sydney, Australia, with a right to work Full time in Australia.
- A bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field of study.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Willing to travel.
