• Led successful quality/performance/process improvement initiatives to deliver desired outcomes

• Contributed to the successful implementation of new ideas and/or changes

• Relevant IT experience in Clinical Information Systems, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Medication Management Systems

Desirable Skills

• Change management certification

• Relevant tertiary clinical qualification and experience

• Worked in a public-private hospital environment
