Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to enhance our showroom displays, maximise sales potential and uphold our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement floor layouts, merchandising and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintain high-quality visual presentation standards and ensure accurate planograms are followed in each store.
  • Manage stock placement, movement and clearances to support sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to continuously improve visual merchandising.
  • Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date store floorplans using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Provide weekly updates and visual refresh plans for store execution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role, ideally within retail furniture or homewares.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel regularly across NSW stores and work autonomously.
