Job Opportunity

The role of Visual Merchandising Lead is a critical position within our retail organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the visual merchandising experience of our stores.

This individual will be responsible for driving profitability through efficient implementation of global visual merchandising direction, executing visual merchandising and brand elements, and representing the brand in an inspiring and impactful way.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  •   Drive sales growth by ensuring effective execution of visual merchandising strategy.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute visual merchandising and brand initiatives.
  •   Develop and implement action plans to improve KPIs and drive commercial success.
  •   Support a selling and service culture by championing sales execution strategies and product knowledge training.
  •   Represent the brand at all times in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising and retail leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
