At TRKKN, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an expert in digital analytics and tagging, you'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive analytics solutions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult on digital analytics projects and manage customers throughout the entire process, providing expert guidance on implementation, QA, support, and training.
  • Support digital analytics solutions across strategy, design, and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' needs.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and other visualization tools, providing actionable insights for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training and workshops for clients and agency partners, enhancing their analytics capabilities and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and maintain proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Google Analytics (360 preferred) or Adobe Analytics, and GAIQ certification.
  • Experience with web and app tracking methodologies and best practices, as well as proficiency in Tag Management Systems, such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium TiQ, and Adobe Launch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
