Expert Risk Advisor Sought:

We are undergoing a transformation to reshape our risk management framework. We need to accelerate the implementation of a new risk capability framework, focusing on line 1 and line 2 risk teams.

This role will combine learning and development techniques to upskill the business, as well as provide risk advice. Operational risk experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the current capability plan and identify gaps
  • Develop a capability framework to support risk capability uplift
  • Consider external regulatory and risk landscape developments and integrate them into the operating model
  • Conduct a current state assessment of inventory
  • Partner with the HR team to develop e-learning modules and workshops
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure project delivery

Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of line 1 and 2 risk responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expert in risk to support line 1 and line 2 framework development
  • Experience running workshops or a learning and development background
  • Project management and change support experience
  • Ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
